To provide technical assistance to clients for products & services offered by TeamCloud.
To provide guidance to clients for products & services offered by TeamCloud.
To troubleshoot errors related to hosting related services (Windows & Linux).
To monitor servers’ performances.
To ensure servers are working on optimum performance.
To reply to clients via Helpdesk.
To answer and reply to phone calls on Technical related issues.
To perform weekly & monthly server maintenance.

Candidate must possess or currently pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering
(Computer/Telecommunication), Computer Science/Information Technology /Computer –
Network/System/Database Admin or equivalent.
Required skill(s): Linux, Windows Server, Networking.
Preferably skill(s): SQL, DNS, Programming.
Required language(s): English.
Preferred language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, Chinese.
Knowledge of/Experience with Web Hosting is a plus.
Applicants must be willing to work in KL.
Applicants must be willing to work on shift.
Applicants should be Malaysian citizens or hold relevant residence status.
Preferably junior executives specializing in IT/Computer – Network/System/Database Admin or
equivalent.

Develop relationships with potential and existing customers via emails and online community
involvement.
Gathering market trend and customer information to promote hosting solutions to prospects.
New business leads penetration & business opportunity evaluation.
Actively get new customers and new sales.
Increase the yield per client.
Prepare quotations competently.
Process new orders proficiently.
Follow-ups with the customers consistently.
Able to work during weekends and public holidays for road shows and exhibitions.

Candidate must possess at least a Higher Secondary/STPM/”A” Level/Pre-U, Diploma,
Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Commerce, Marketing, Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication),
Computer Science/Information Technology, Science & Technology or equivalent.
Required skill(s): Computer Knowledge, Internet Know-How.
Preferred skill(s): HTML, Programming, Web Hosting and Domain Name Know-How.
Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, Chinese, English.
A can-do attitude is a must.
Applicants must be willing to work on morning and afternoon shifts.
Applicants should be Malaysian citizens or hold relevant residence status.
He/she has good communication skills, is persuasive and pleasant.
Ability to develop Marketing strategy and networking.
Basic plus high commission.
